The Human Group was founded in late 2002 to
service the needs of a high-end event industry
niche. Originally founded as Human Potential
Consulting we connected expert facilitators and
speakers with high-end clients. The business has
organically grown year on year due to our strong
client base and in 2008 we changed our name
to the Human Group.
Although we do still connect expert speakers and facilitators with our clients, we feel the best way we can contribute to flawless events is through our project management methodologies. Our value is in knowing and getting right "the other 15% our competitors don't think about to deliver a seamless event."
Essentially our goal is to accommodate for all of the needs of the Executive / VIP when attending an event locally, regionally or internationally. The strength of our partnership with our clients to generate a sustainable impact allows them to release their resources to concentrate on the context, program design and other customer-oriented activity.
Our focus is on offering strategy, creativity and unparalleled execution in critical and high value meetings and events.
By understanding the needs and desires of an Executive / VIP means that all contingencies are in place, group risk policies adhered to and attention to detail is paramount.
We operate with a highly skilled lean team and are somewhat selective with our client base. This enables us to meet our high standards each and every execution. To compliment our client’s confidentiality, we will never advertise or market who we partner with… why jeopardise the trust we pride ourselves on building with our clients.
Helen Rosamond, our CEO actively contributes in a hands on role as Executive Director of project implementations, and remains the key liaison between our clients and the project execution team.
Being passionate about process re-engineering and being qualified in Six Sigma, her niche skill set ensures we deliver on our promised outcomes, leaving a long lasting impression on our clients meetings / conferences / events.
